Order Cancellation & Refunds

• No refunds or cancellations will be accepted once a gift card has been successfully delivered to the user.

• Refunds or replacements will ONLY be considered in the following cases:

• The gift card code is invalid or not working at the time of redemption.

• There is a confirmed issue from the brand’s end regarding redemption.

• If a valid issue is verified, we will either:

• Provide a replacement gift card, or

• Issue a refund to the original payment method.

3.Details of the issue and any screenshots of the redemption error
Our team will coordinate with the brand to verify the issue. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3 business days upon confirmation.
Once a refund is issued, it may take 5-7 working days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
